I was up till 4 AM this morning debugging code for 6 hours straight. I’m tiered, but now I’m back at it again. I have to have this project done today!

I’m working on a tool pack of Wordpress Plugins to optimize the performance of websites running on Wordpress as their CMS platform. So far I have about 20. They range from ones providing ways for admins to interact with visitors, to database administering and management, to pages and CMS response optimization. Of course, I can’t forget to include SEO plugins, there are about 5 of them on my list.

Verizon Wireless offers full customer support from 6AM to 11PM … !!! What? What time zone? The United States have 4 time zones. Which one of those is Verizon Wireless working in, I would like to know, because although it is 11:50PM here, it is 9:50 on the West coast.

Some time ago I inquired about a domain for a blogging service I would like to start. The price quote I received was out of my range. I decided to wait it out. It was a good decision. Instead of paying $350 for the domain, yesterday I bought it for $7.19.

I like this: “The best time to do great customer service is when a customer is upset.” by Seth Godin. I agree with it, but to an extend. At times people being/playing upset with customer service can be for ridiculous things.
