  Apparently there is a block of IPs, to be more specific – the one starting with octet 50, of the CLEAR 4G service, which are simply blocked at many web hosts. CLEAR will sell its customers “clean” static IPs. Lol.

  I canceled the CLEAR 4G Wireless service last night after discovering over the weekend that number of major websites were not accessible via the service. In our case PNC.com and Python.org.

  I figured out a way to fix my Clear 4G connection. Now I am receiving just about the same bandwidth rates as Comcast. I guys I might keep Clear and cancel Comcast after all.

  CLEAR 4G Wireless doanload speed

  The download speed rates I am getting with CLEAR 4G Wireless are the same I had 10 YEARS ago when I was on a DIAL-UP connection!! Seriously, 15 KB/s for a 5 MB file from Microsoft.com. It makes no sense.

  I’ve been configuring servers, almost every day, for the past week and a half. I am restructuring HiveMindsHosting.com‘s server infrastructure to improve service quality and data redundancy.

  Is Comcast throttling Google traffic. For the last two days all site work fast for me, but when I get onto GMail it slows to a craw!

  Few minutes ago I finished a layout update project for a client of Innovadix. Someone I used to freelance for since 2006, who’s now a client of my company. I’m offering all of my freelance services through my company now – web design, web development, hosting and server management.

  I’m trying out Typekit, which provides kits for creating custom fonts. The nice it is it they can be remotely loaded in any modern browser. So, no need to install new fonts. By the way, I do have invites, if anyone is interested in trying the service. If you would like a Typekit invite just fill out the invite request form on my blog.
