I like this: “The best time to do great customer service is when a customer is upset.” by Seth Godin. I agree with it, but to an extend. At times people being/playing upset with customer service can be for ridiculous things.

#SecuROM is such a waist of time!! And what’s the point of having a support contact and requesting victims to send in analysis files if they are never going to receive a response with a solution. I’ve been waiting for a response for two weeks now.
